Hartshorne Woods Park, located along the coast in central New Jersey is a great place to ride various types of terrain.  Even though it is a state park, there are enough Mountainboarders riding here now a days that you can use pretty much all of the dirt trails, off-road paths, service roads and grassy hills.  It is a great place to just get away and ride.
